Protection of information of personal character.
To the
effects of the stipulated in the article 5 of the
Law 15/99 of Protection of Information of Personal
Character we set into your knowledge:
1.
That all the information that are sent by any form
of application of budget, plus information or
contact that are received by INFORMATICA 2K, can be
incorporated into a computerized file of the same
one.
2.
That the purpose of the incorporation of the
information to the computerized file is the analysis
and treatment of the same ones to determine the type
of service or product to offer, the needs of the
client (holder), and be able to offer more
information, prices, or if it is necessary, to
contact straight with the same one.
3.
INFORMATICA 2K will incorporate exclusively that
information that being sent voluntarily by the
holder, considers necessary for the process of study
and later contact with the same.
4.
That the holder of the information can execute for
free the access rights, rectification and
cancellation and all the others recognizes by the
current legislation on its personal details that
should consist in the Entity, in the terms foreseen
in the Law 15/99 of Protection of Information of
Personal Character and other norms that evolve it.
Therefore you will have to go to the person in
charge of the file that is in the Commercial
Department, in street Celleters, 9. Polígono
Industrial de Marratxí. 07141. Marratxí.
5.
That the person in charge is Mr. Jaime Palmer Coll,
representing INFORMATICA 2K.
6. The
Holder of the send information gives its express
acceptance for the computerized treatment of the
same as well as for its use in case a contact is
necessary with the same.
